Sizing & Product Information

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from Small–2XL (some styles are available in 3X & 4X). Most shirts are gender-specific unless otherwise noted as unisex. Each product description includes details about fit. Please review the size chart for each style before ordering — brands can run small or large.
For best results, measure one of your favorite shirts and compare it to the chart rather than choosing your “usual” size.

What type of printing process is used on your shirts?
We use screen printing, vinyl, and heat transfer methods.

Can I put my shirt in the dryer?

  • Machine wash cold (turn items inside out) with similar colors.

  • Non-chlorine bleach only when needed.

  • Tumble dry low for 5 minutes, then hang to dry.

  • Do not iron decoration/customization.

  • Avoid fabric softener (it can affect sweat-wicking properties).

  • Do not dry clean.

Do you print custom shirts?

Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout. We do not store your credit card information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified (size, color) within 8 hours of placement, as long as they are not custom orders and have not shipped. Email Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com with your order number.


Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment.

  • Shipping Time (U.S.): Standard shipping via UPS Ground or USPS First Class/Priority takes 5–7 business days.

  • High-Demand Periods: During holidays, pandemics, or high-volume seasons, both processing and shipping times may be longer.

  • Pre-orders: Shipping dates are listed on the product page.

Why does processing take so long?

We print on demandmeaning most items are made after your order is placed to ensure you get a fresh, high-quality product. This takes additional time, especially during busy seasons. Processing also includes quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically take 3–5 weeks, depending on location and customs. Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the U.S., but it is still in transit.

What shipping methods do you use?
U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class/Priority.
International orders ship via USPS First Class International.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships (except for some international shipments). Once an order is given to the carrier, delivery is out of our control, but we will assist with locating delayed or missing packages.

What if my package says “delivered” but I don’t have it?

  1. Wait 1–2 days (sometimes packages are scanned early).

  2. Check with neighbors or your building manager.

  3. Contact your local post office to confirm delivery.

  4. Email Tara@Naturalfitdesigns.com so we can help file a missing package claim.

 

How much is shipping?
Flat rate of $7 per package. Free shipping on orders over $125.

Do shipping times include processing?
No,  processing is 5–7 business days before shipping begins.

Am I able to exchange an item for the wrong size?

How do I return my order?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we may add it during the holiday season.
