Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges

To greatly reduce the need for exchanges we strongly recommend using the size charts on each page. Brands use different sizing for each of their products and it is strongly discouraged to order a size because you "normally" wear that size.  Follow the instructions for measurements before placing your order. Measuring your favorite shirt and comparing those measurements to the size chart is a major pain but prevents heartbreak later. If you need to exchange an item that is damaged or the wrong size for the same item, send an email to Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com The item must be in the original package with tags, not worn (no sweat, body odor, hair products, oil, perfumes or smoke, etc.) not washed, and no signs of use on the item. Once the item is received we have the right to refuse exchange due to use of the item by customer or damage of item by the customer (the item is sweaty, the item has been worn, hair products on the item, oil on items, the item is dirty, etc.) Include the reason for exchange and invoice number in the email. Follow return shipping instructions that will be included in the approval to return email

Return shipping for wrong size exchange will be paid by the customer unless the product was defective.

All exchange request for wrong sizes or defective product must be made 14 days after delivery

There are no refunds or exchanges on seasonal items (Mother’s Day, Father Day, Valentines Day,  - other holidays as posted. 

Return of Clearance items

Products that are marked clearance (in the clearance  or last chance collection) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To return your defective product you should first email us at Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com with information on why you believe your product is defective, pictures of the defect and invoice number. Once confirmed that your order is eligible for the return we will send you return shipping instructions which include the address where you will ship the product. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return items that not delivered by shipping carriers.

Once the item is received we have the right to refuse return due to use of the item by customer or damage of item by the customer (the item is sweaty, the item has been worn, hair products on the item, oil on items, the item is dirty, etc.)

If you are approved for the return of a defective item, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Once your order has been returned then we will process your replacement product. If a refund is requested for the defective product, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

Once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier we no longer have control of the package.    With the high volume of packages for all carriers there is  greater increase for delays, stolen packages and items delivered to the wrong address.  

We are not responsible for item marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received your item. If an item is marked delivered by the carrier but you have not received the item you should take these steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors to make sure the item has not been delivered to the wrong address
  2. Check another area (porch, back yard, side of garage - somewhere the postal carrier deemed safer to leave the package 
  3. Check your house camera's to make sure the product was indeed delivered.
  4. Wait a day or 2, sometimes items are marked delivered and are actually delivered the next day. 
  5. Call your local post office to let them know that you have a notification of delivery but you didn't receive the package. 
  6. Open up a claim with the postal service.  
  7. Email Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com - 2 people tracking the package mya have bette results 

Choosing the priority mail option is more expensive but gives you insurance for the replacement of your package.

Item Not Delivered

If an item has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping we will replace the item or refund your money. 

Refunds

You may exchange an item that is the wrong size however we do not offer refunds for wrong sizes.  Please check the size chart before placing your order. 

Refunds are only made for defective items. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
