If you need to exchange an item that is damaged or the wrong size for the same item, send an email to Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com The item must be in the original package with tags, not worn (no sweat, body odor, hair products, oil, perfumes,etc.) not washed, and no signs of use on the item. Once the item is received we have the right to refuse exchange due to use of the item by customer or damage of item by the customer (the item is sweaty, the item has been worn, hair products on the item, oil on items, the item is dirty, etc.) Include the reason for exchange and invoice number in the email. Follow return shipping instructions below.
Returns & Refunds for defective items
Returns are only accepted when the item is defective or damaged.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original package with tags, not worn (no sweat, body odor, hair products, oil, perfumes,etc.) not washed, and no signs of use on the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return of Clearance items
Products that are marked clearance (in the clearance collection) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
To return your defective product you should first email us at Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com with information on why you believe your product is defective, pictures of the defect and invoice number. Once confirmed that your order is eligible for the return we will send you return shipping instructions which include the address where you will ship the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the item is received we have the right to refuse return due to use of the item by customer or damage of item by the customer (the item is sweaty, the item has been worn, hair products on the item, oil on items, the item is dirty, etc.)
If you are approved for the return of a defective item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (minus the shipping) or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

You may exchange an item that is the wrong size however we do not offer refunds for wrong sizes. Please check the size chart before placing your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
