Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things happen. Whether it’s a sizing issue or a product defect, our goal is to make it right quickly and fairly. Please read the policy below so you know exactly how the process works.

Before You Order

To help avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order. Brands may size differently, so please don’t rely solely on the size you “normally” wear. For the best results, measure one of your favorite shirts and compare it to our chart. Return of Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com with:

    • Your invoice number

    • A description of the defect

    • Photos of the damage

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

  3. Items must be in original packaging with tags and in unworn condition (no signs of wear, sweat, odors, hair products, oils, perfumes, smoke, dirt, etc.).

  4. Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product shows signs of wear or damage not reported in your claim.

  5. You may choose a replacement item or a refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing (bank processing times may vary).

Exchanges for the Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tara@naturalfitdesigns.com with your invoice number and the size you need.

  2. Items must be in original packaging with tags and in unworn condition (same standards as above).

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide return instructions once your exchange is approved.

Clearance Items

Clearance or “Last Chance” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Timeframe

Return shipping times will vary depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking information when your return ships back to you.
