That’s ok, the uncertainty, the stress and anxiety of a pandemic, social injustice and life in general will you taking 2 steps forward and 4 back. The Holiday Fitness challenge is here to help get you back on track and focus on what is most important, your health.
Program Description
The Holiday Fitness Challenge is 6 weeks of virtual workouts where your workouts earn you points to win prizes. Workouts are both fun and challenging and can be completed in the comfort of your home or at a gym with friends. Daily workouts (challenges) are posted and you decide if you will take on that day's challenge or not. All fitness levels are welcome to join.
