Testimonials

"HFC motivates me to be on my fitness track and enjoy my occasional pie or cookie without much guilt. It’s about a challenge where you compete with none other but yourself and at the same time have an awesome group to make it eventful, fun and cry/complain in pain together after all the burpees. Thank you for being there and making a healthy choice full of fun!"  ~Dola ~

This is my third year and I LOVE it. The group is so supportive and our coach, Tara , keeps us motivated and accountable. Every time I participate I take away at least one thing that I maintain throughout the year. Last year it was meal prepping, this year it will be maintaining a daily 8 glass water intake. It’s about being mindful in our choices about eating, fitness and stress. ~Silvia~
