The Holiday Fitness Challenge is 5 weeks of virtual workouts where your workouts earn you points to win prizes. Workouts are both fun and challenging and can be completed in the comfort of your home or at a gym with friends. Daily workouts (challenges) are posted and you decide if you will take on that days challenge or not. All fitness levels are welcome to join.
