Program Description
The Holiday Fitness Challenge is a 5-week virtual program designed to keep you active, accountable, and encouraged through the busiest time of year. Each day features a themed challenge, ranging from workouts to wellness activities, that earns you points and leaderboard recognition.
Workouts are fun, flexible, and fit your lifestyle, whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or moving with friends. From Marathon Mondays to Thankful Thursdays, each day brings something new to keep you motivated and consistent through the holiday season.
All fitness levels are welcome, and everything can be done on your schedule. Because this time, we’re not waiting until January, we’re finishing the year strong!

The Coach

Your coach for this challenge is Tara Taylor. Tara has been a fitness instructor, trainer, and running coach for 25 years. Her expertise lies in motivating others to achieve goals they once thought were impossible. Tara understands the importance of a balanced workout, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility. She believes in providing the proper nutrients for your body by eating healthy while allowing for your favorite foods. Her 25 years of experience has taught her that fitness is a lifetime journey.
